The DLC forAlan Wake 2, Remedy’s acclaimed game, titled“The Lake House,”launched with some rather annoying bugs that are now being addressed.
Remedy’s work onAlan Wake 2is far from over. After releasing its second expansion,The Lake House, the company just announced that update 1.2.3 is now available—a new patch aimed at fixing many of the programming issues affecting this recent DLC.
Among the fixes included is a solution for an issue with the DualSense adaptive triggers, which could get stuck with continuous vibration in certain situations. Additionally, a bug that prevented unlocking the achievement or trophy “Shape of a Man” has been resolved.
Another interesting change is that now theLake Housecampaign has a better balance of healing items, making it easier to find them since more are scattered across the environments. Also noteworthy are some corrections related to subtitle synchronization.
Alan Wake 2is an acclaimed horror adventure forPC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5, following a detective and the tormented writer who gives the game its name.
