Editor at Fextralife. I look for the substantial in gaming and I try to connect video games to the emotions and stories they elicit. I love all things culture and history and have an odd fondness for the planet Jupiter. I think my dogs are pretty awesome too.

So , uh…funny thing I did in “preparing” for this DLC…

I always run through the DLCs with my “Platinum Character” (the one that has everything or near to it in the game). He’s currently sitting ready to enter “Journey 4” which I wasn’t reeeeeaaaaally planning to do.

But in my haste to get the last trophy I…this is the funny part…forgot to give Ludleth the Transposing Kiln. So assuming the DLC, I dunno, has boss souls or sumthin’… I can’t use them without going into NG+++

Now, I realized this a couple nights ago and WOULD have started my new journey…except I had also planned on staying in NG++ and figured I could get enough souls doing the DLC to buy upgrade materials. So tonight let’s see how far I get with my final stages of Soul farming and then running like hell through the game to try to get to the DLC access point.

Whoops!

So Xbox gets it early, then to correct this they put it back to the normal time, but by doing this, PC hets it early, therefore I would say ps4 users are getting screwed over, but we got bloodborne so it’s cool.

Olavrell, you look pretty sick. Is that early symptoms of the flu I’m seeing? Might want to exercise precaution and take the two or three days off.

In my PSN community, this early access had been all the rage, fueled mostly by envy. We pretty much assumed it was some type of provision error of sorts. Thanks for the clarificationEmergence!

Hmm, so the dlc will be out on Monday or Tuesday for me then, that’s good. Although it’s going to suck going to work on Tuesday morning, knowing the dlc has just been made available. hehe.
