Black Myth: Wukongreleased an official benchmarking tool so you can check if your PC can run the game smoothly. Through Valve’s platform, Game Science has published a dedicated page for this tool called“Black Myth: Wukong Benchmark Tool,”where everyone can test their system’s capabilities.
You can customize the benchmark settings to preview the game’s graphical elements and performance with different graphic options
However, they also note that the complexity and diversity of gameplay situations may cause the benchmark results to not fully align with final performance. They might not exactly match the real gameplay experience, so these results could be somewhat skewed; but they remain interesting to see how the PC would handle the game.
It’s worth mentioning that some bosses inBlack Myth: Wukongwill only change phases if defeated quickly enough, which has divided the community.
The Chinese studio seems to have been pressed for time, although the game has gone Gold and is set to release this August alongside others likeStar Wars Outlaws,Dustborn, andConcord.
After a July filled with major releases likeKunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess,Nintendo World Championships NES Edition, orFlintlock: The Siege of Dawn, the gaming industry is not slowing down and continues to raise the bar.
