Blizzard Announces a Livestream For Warcraft’s 30th Anniversary
World of Warcraftturns 30, and Blizzard has promised that November will bring an event packed with announcements and surprises for fans of Azeroth.
Marking three landmark strategy games, an MMORPG that revolutionized and still dominates the genre, a free and fun card game, countless comics, a mobile spin-off, novels, and a wide array of merchandise. It even inspired a live-action movie.
Now, Blizzard has announced a special livestream set for November 13 to celebrate this milestone for the franchise, with announcements related to various Blizzard games.
“It’s a big year for the Warcraft universe, whether you’re a Hearthstone fan, joined the chaos in Warcraft Rumble, ventured into Azeroth with Warcraft: Orcs and Humans, or are a World of Warcraft player,” reads Blizzard’s announcement. “There’ll be something for everyone in the special 30th anniversary livestream for Warcraft. You won’t want to miss a single moment or any surprises.”
The broadcast can be followed on Blizzard’s official channels onTwitch, YouTube, and TikTok.Following the event, there will also be a special concert celebrating 20 years of World of Warcraft’s music, performed by a large orchestra and three choirs, totaling more than 190 musicians.
