Diablo 4has been out for a full year, and that means an Anniversary event full of gifts has arrived in Sanctuary. In celebration of the anniversary, players can access theMarch of the Goblins, Mother’s Blessing, in-game cosmetics, and much more. Diablo 4’s Anniversary Event is available now forPlayStation 4 (PS4), PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (BattleNet).
Currently, we haveDiablo 4with its fourth season of content, which has been well-received by players after a streak of bad decisions, something that seems to have finally changed just in time for the game’s first anniversary. For this reason, Blizzard has released new items that you can get for free.
We have new weapon skins, mounts, and armor for them, which will be unlocked by logging in from June 6 until the 20th.
The first part of the event will flood the Sanctuary withTreasure Goblins, allowingplayers to earn some Legendary loot. TheTreasured Goblinswill be in abundance compared to their usual scarcities. Their increased presence will also accompany them filling up their Loot bags more than usual. You can also claim a free cosmetic item from the game’s store of your choice.
The Treasure Goblins are also rumored to be traveling in bigger groups, from pairs to a larger pack. This allows you to hunt down even more loot than usual. The Treasure Bags you can get from them will carry a bag full of Power 925 items. This can allow you to take a new character to a powerful level, as you can stash these bags and use them later.
Additionally, this comes with increased Greed Shrines. No matter how these Greed Shrines work, they will come with a fountain of gold and the chance to spawn even more Treasure Goblins, as if the current amount was insufficient.
Open the shop tab betweenJune 6 and June 13to claim freeAnniversary Giftcosmetics on a daily basis. The rewards will remain in the shop until June 20, so you have a bit of time to get your hands on the items. However, they won’t appear in the shop all at once.
June 6 brings the first gift in the form ofThe Nightmarehorse, but it’s the only one that day. Afterwards, a new gift will enter the shop each day until June 13. New Anniversary Gifts will arrive in the shop tab around 3 pm ET while the event is live.
You can expect items to be things like horse cosmetics and weapons. Once the event is over, there will be an additional week to claim all the cosmetics, but new ones won’t be added. And unless there Blizzard makes a huge change, these cosmetics won’t appear again for the foreseeable future, so make sure to claim your Anniversary Gifts before they disappear.
Diablo 4still has a long way to go in the video game market, but it has already provided us with a good amount of content, which you can play at no additional cost if you are subscribed to Xbox Game Pass, being one of the most important recent additions to Microsoft’s flagship service.
