Great timing. It’s not like the game has its roots in a combination of Gothic and Lovecraftian horror. Halloween is the perfect day to shut down. Not that they had much choice, as there are only 364 days in a year that are arguably a better choice (365 on years that are divisible by 4 and that are not divisible by 100 unless also divisible by 400).

i was playing bloodborne last week and i never summoned or fought in a duel throughout the whole play-through.
On Halloween? That’s an odd date, especially considering how much From Software seems to like it.
