Blue Protocol Addresses Feedback and Announces New Class

Blue Protocol reveals exciting additions and improvements in the latest developer livestream. From the introduction of a new class to combating cheaters and enhancing gameplay mechanics, the developers are determined to deliver an exceptional gaming experience.

Bandai Namco recently shared important updates during a livestream for their MMO, Blue Protocol. The update includes the addition of a new class called the Blitz Lancer, improvements to combat cheating, enhancements to mount riding, and adjustments to the gatcha system. The developers expressed gratitude to players and apologized for early issues, emphasizing their commitment to delivering a high-quality gaming experience and requesting continued feedback.

Blue Protocol was able to amass over 600,000 players during its initial launch. However, it was speculated that a large portion of this was comprised of fans from all across the world playing on a VPN.

The livestream focused on addressing cheating concerns, implementing measures to combat cheaters, and resolving game-related bugs. The gatcha system will be receiving adjustments, with increased probability rates for S Rank and B Rank items and the introduction of a Pity System.

A new dungeon called “Forest of Neverending Rain” was also revealed. It features, you guessed it, eternal rain.

The most exciting announcement was the introduction of the Blitz Lancer class, known for its agile movements, lance-based combat, and unique Sigil gauge mechanics. Just like Lost Ark’s Glaivier class, the Blitz Lancer has tons of piercing and sweeping attacks. It is also quite fast and furious, with tons of acrobatic moves to give off an artistic approach to combat.

Blitz Lancers are also able to cast debuffs on powerful enemies, making them ideal for group encounters.

However, the developers clarified that playing the game outside of Japan will result in service suspension for non-Japanese users.  Anyone who gets caught while playing outside of Japan will immediately get banned, whether or not they make use of a VPN to mask their location.

In case you’re unfamiliar with the game, Blue Protocol is an upcoming (well, except for Japan) free-to-play MMORPG, that offers a vibrant world set on the planet Regnas. As with any great adventure, players are tasked with saving this beautiful world from destruction.

The game’s reveal trailer showcases the contrasting past and present with stunning visuals, a fast-paced combat system, and battles against mighty bosses. Players can choose one of a few distinct classes. Select between the Blade Warden and Twin Striker for close-range damage, the Keen Strider as a ranged ranger, the Spell Weaver as a magic-wielding class, and the Foe Breaker with a heavyweight hammer.

Players can customize their characters’ appearance and choose from various mounts and gear to suit their playstyle. The game also includes a matchmaking system with three dungeon modes: Solo, Random, and Parties List.
