As reported byDuniaku Network,the creators ofNieR: Automatafully expressed their desires for anotherNieRtitle and stated that a lack of “funds” are holding that them back.
“Actually, we want to makeNieRgame.Only, we’ll actually do it if we get the funds from Square Enix.”says Yoko Taro.
Producer ‘Yosuke Saito’then goes on in a statement that hints at the idea of crowdfunding.
“If there are funds, or the whole world raises funds for us, we will make the nextNieRgame.Not only that, if you want to give us funds, we’ll make whatever game you want. “
Yosuke Saito later jokingly adds:
“However, you have to be careful if you give us a lot of money.Could be, only part of the money will be used to make the game because the rest will be taken away by Taro-san! “

I would also like a remaster of the first NIER. Preferably both version………….apparently there are two different versions with two takes on the story, one where the MC is a middle aged father, and one where he is the teenage brother.
