Dark Souls 3: The Ringed City | The Ringed City Speedrun

Getting through an area quickly for challenge or making a build is a big part of theDark Soulsgaming culture. With a new expansion inThe Ringed Citycomes a whole new area to test for the quickest way through. Earlier in the week we took a look at how to run throughThe Dreg Heap, now here’s a look at how to run through the second location,The Ringed City.

From The Ringed City bonfire, go down the stairs and stick to the right hand side until you reach a small round plaza. From the plaza you want to roll off onto a ledge underneath and follow the path until you find a ladder. Climb the ladder and follow the right hand path up the inclined stairs which will lead you to a square plaza. On the right hand side there are some stairs which you follow down until but before the path ends and make a left. Here is the second bonfire.

Enter the pathway in front of the bonfire and follow that until you reach the garden and make a left. Follow the path while staying on the right until you run/roll off the path unto a downwards stairs. Continue inside the building you see and fall down the center onto the chandelier and again onto the ground and exit through the middle. Make a left and go straight until you see a huge summoner. Roll around avoiding the arrows the summons will shoot at you and climb the sunken building. Continue on the right hand side of the building until you drop down to ashen color soil. There will be a bridge you will have to cross. You must roll when the dragon shoots his flame. Enter the mine shaft and make a right and drop down. Follow the stairs up until you reach the end just before it there is a room on your left. Enter it and follow it past another bridge. You should come across a building, enter it and go up the stairs on your left. Once you reach the statue exit left and head up the hill. Open the set of doors and fight the boss. Take either doorway on the left or right and take the elevator up and climb this set of stairs to the end.

Now we have the next area all complete! Easy, peasy. Of course this isn’t accounting for anyitemsyou can grab orNPCquestlines but if you’re trying for speed, this is the way to go! Thoughts or tips of your own to make this a quicker journey?
