Dauntless Details Player Customization for Armor, Flares, Banners & More

Phoenix Labs has detailed some of the player customizations you can look forward to in this upcoming monster slaying online RPG,Dauntless. On the game’sblogthey explored the armors, flares and cosmetic items you will use to make your slayer a unique expression of yourself.

Armorwill feature dozens of colors to choose from as well as a variety of gradients and finishes. You will also be able to apply vanity armor appearances on top of your combat armor so you look stylish without compromising battle readiness.

Flares will allow slayers to make a stylish entrance onto the battlefield. There will be about a dozen flares available at launch. Furthermore you’ll be able to customize your own banners that can be customized the more you progress.

Additionally you’ll be able to earn dyes, and the aforementioned cosmetic items by killing the game’sbeastsand completingquests. You’ll also be able to purchase them in bundles known as Chroma Cores from the in-game store.
