Dead Cells Surpasses 10 Million Units Sold
While it was already an outstanding game upon release, the developer Motion Twin went above and beyond in supporting it throughout the early access phase and further. The best part? Most of the additional content provided was completely free. The devs have been generous with providing free updates since launch which has won the community over. The updates have contained new weapons, boss rush modeand evencrossover content. That’s a total of 34 free updates and 4 paid DLCs, talk about post-launch content.
TheDead Cells board gamehas also recently concluded its Kickstarter campaign, and quite well might I add. Not only smashing its original goal of just over $37000 USD but then going on to surpass $1.06 million. The campaign closed last week with a resounding success.
Dead Cellscan be enjoyed on multiple platforms, including the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC through both Steam and the Epic Games Store. You can also play it on mobile for iOS and Android. A Playstation 5 version is expected to land on August 11th.
