Bungie this week announced the return ofDestiny’sIron BannerPvP event. The event will begin on February 23rd at 10 AM PST and will end March 1st at 1 AM PST. The level advantaged crucible event will pit teams of 6 against each other in theClashgame modeto compete for ranks that will unlock some exclusive gear only available during the event. See Lord Saladin in the Tower to get started on your quest to the top.
Bungie gave some previews of theequipmentthat can be won in the event, which is a mix ofweaponsandclassspecificarmor. Playstation players also get a chance at some exclusive gear.

Bungie also announced a dedicated Twitch space in their studio that will be used for regular livestream updates, game reveals and to put on a show of some variety once every week. Most streams will be casual hangouts showing raids or bounties, but they key will be something regular to tune into for fans. The goal is to get it all up and running by March. More of what you like is never a bad thing is it?

Next few weeks should be interesting, according to the bungie.net armoury, the sniper has the highest aim assist in the game, with the current sniper meta, i reckon it will be the most used gun by next week. It will also be interesting in what rolls the rocket launcher will have, if the shop launcher comes with grenades and horseshoes, i predict that will be the most used heavy by next week too.
As for clash being the mode, uuuuugggghhh, it’s going to be another campfest, 2nd last IB was that and with the sniper meta, it’s going to stay that way. People gave out about using Rift in IB, but at least people played the objective.
