Dino Crisis Could Be The Next Capcom Remake
Capcomnoticed that a recent poll hadDino Crisisas one of the most requested games to the Japanese company, although Mega Man, Onimusha, and Ace Attorney were also popular.
Capcom currently has successful titles on PC, Steam Deck, PS4, PS5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, but there are fans who miss some retro comebacks; such as -in this case-Dino Crisis.
This is not something new, there have been moments where these users made themselves known, and even some artists have imagined what a remake of the game would look like in Unreal Engine 5.
The truth is that the developer and publisher has a lot of games waiting to be revived in the form of remakes or remasters, but most are forgotten. However, those who still remember retro games like these do not forget easily and continue to make themselves heard.

The most recent case has been the survival horror among dinosaurs, once again the protagonist of another outcry by fans.
Capcom launched a survey last month asking these users if they would like to see “new installments, remakes, or reboots” of sagas likeDino Crisis, Okami, or Dead Rising. As expected, these Jurassic creatures overshadowed the rest, and the company shared on Twitter a jumble of words representing some of the most mentioned names in the survey.
Although, as seen in the second image, otherCapcomgames are also present like Mega Man, Darkstalkers, Ace Attorney, Onimusha, and Breath of Fire can be seen. Meanwhile, successful and active franchises like Resident Evil, Monster Hunter, Street Fighter, and Devil May Cry also had quite a few mentions.
The most curious – or not – thing is that a remake of Resident Evil Code: Veronica is still highly requested, as “Veronica” is another prominent word seen in the graph.
As always, this does not mean at all that Capcom has the remake of Dino Crisis in development or is about to announce it, but it should have something similar prepared given its demand.
Perhaps it is a strategy to revive these games that have been left in the past, and that one of these massive requests bears fruit, but for now, it is far from reality.
