Elden Ring scoops up four Golden Joystick Awards including the ultimate game of the year, plus a studio award.

It’s award season with plenty of awards to be given out celebrating this year’s amazing releases. On top of these four wins of the 40th anniversary of the awards, FromSoftware gains Studio of the Year which means a total of five wins. The Action-RPG also had five nominations which included being nominated for Playstation Game of the Year but lost out to the cat stealth title Stray.

Winning Best Visual Design had Elden Ring beat the likes of the sequelHorizon Forbidden West, Ghostwire: Tokyo as well as the indie titleCult of the Lamb. Other contenders for Ultimate Game of the Year included Horizon,God of War: Ragnarokas well as Neon White.
