The expansion is set in an abandoned amusement park themed around the famous Nuka-World cola. Players with the latest update installed can access the content via the All Aboard quest that pops up in the Pip-Boy. Once you make your way to the park, you’ll be able to explore the area and take on the various attractions andquests, as well as grab newweaponsandarmor.
In an interesting note, development on the expansion began after the release of the base game, and came as a response to players desiring more interaction with raiders besides murdering them. In Nuka-World, players will now have an opportunity to work with them and even lead a group of them.
The expansion is designed to be a challenge with a recommended level of at least 30, so if you’re hovering somewhere below there it may be a good idea to do some leveling. Check out the Launch Trailer below for a fun intro to the world.

Editor at Fextralife. I look for the substantial in gaming and I try to connect video games to the emotions and stories they elicit. I love all things culture and history and have an odd fondness for the planet Jupiter. I think my dogs are pretty awesome too.
They’ve gotten some backlash on the settlement stuff, but the story DLC, especially Far Harbor has been pretty fantastic. I contend that Far Harbor had a more compelling story than the main game. They could release it as a standalone the way Red Dead Redemption did with Undead Nightmare.
I gotta admit, though I have some issues with the main game, the DLC for FO4 is looking pretty good. Something I am gonna have to eventually get.
