Final Fantasy XV Details PS4 Pro Support, New Demo Coming to Japan
During Square Enix’s Active Time Report forFinal Fantasy XV, they revealed the specific support the game will receive for the PS4 Pro via a patch.
In addition to supporting HDR and the new console’s 4K resolution at launch, they are planning a patch for the month of December that will add support for HDTVs at 1080p/60fps.
Furthermore, they announced the release of a demo tomorrow, November 11th for PS4 and Xbox One in Japan. The demo allows players to play halfway through the first chapter. Although it is in Japan only, interested PS4 players can easily create a Japanese store account if their desire is burning too strongly.
The news continues for the game as the hype builds for the next couple of weeks. As wereportedearlier in the week, the game is getting a mobile MMO spinoff as well as a series of DLC trailers that help players sort out all of their digital pre-order options. Final Fantasy XV releases November 29th on PS4 and Xbox One.
