Square Enix has released the latest episodicDLCforFinal Fantasy XV, titledEpisode Promptowhich explores the backstory of party memberPrompto. It is the second episodic DLC to be released afterEpisode Gladiolusand is available for the PS4 and Xbox One.
The DLC chapter takes the game into new gameplay territory by introducing some 3rd person shooter elements. It makes sense after all, given Prompto’s affinity for firearms in the base game. As with Episode Gladiolus the content explores a more personal tale around Prompto. The DLC is 4.99 USD on its own or is included as part of the game’s Season Pass.

I would wager the December release means that there is some new DLC coming in between, either Comrades, the survey DLC or both.
December for the Ignis DLC? Wow that’s far off.
Also, is anyone else having trouble with downloading Episode Prompto? I’ve got the season pass and it’s still 5$ for me. I poke around online and it seems others are having the same problem. Any of you having this problem?
