Final Fantasy XV New Update Allows Character Switching!
Square Enix has recently released the latest 1.19 and 1.20 updates for theirFinal Fantasy XVaction-RPG. The promised Decemberpatchenables players to swap between thecharactersPrompto,Gladiolus,IgnisandNoctisduringcombat.
Furthermore, the update bolsters the game’s soundtrack with music from the “Comrades” and “Episode Ignis” DLCs. And introduces bug fixes and improved compatibility with the upcoming Episode Ignisadd-onas well. Updates 1.19 and 1.20 are now available for download.

Yoko Taro working on FF is a big news of its own, dunno how this lone wolf would work in way bigger team now. How his crazy ideas would be discussed and implemented in a bigger game than anything he worked on before!
I remember before the game came out, when it was shown that only Noctis would be playable in combat, but that each of the others would get their own DLC, thinking that eventually you would be able to switch between them once all the DLC came out.
Thankfully I waited before buying the game. Heck, I’m still waiting, but I’ll probably pick FFXV up when there’s a good Steam sale price.
