Recently, the company started a campaign to hire more employees, as they shared through their official X/Twitter account. In one of the posts, they mention they are looking for “development staff to play a central role in several new projects,” especially highlighting the plural form in “several new projects.”

Last year, we already received a leak suggesting thatFromSoftwarehad greenlit several projects following the studio’s recent successes. However, this time, the Japanese company has officially confirmed they are working on multiple projects.
FromSoftware has consistently delivered games, but until now, it didn’t seem like they had the infrastructure to work on so many projects simultaneously. We don’t know how long we’ll have to wait to enjoy some of these titles, but we can talk about the numerous leaks that have surfaced in recent months, such as a game centered around magic or even a possible sequel to the aforementionedElden Ring.
For now, these are just leaks, but what we can be sure of is that these titles will likely be considered difficult games, given that they will probably feature the unique design that FromSoftware has implemented in all their titles for years.
