Gwent Now in Public Beta On PS4, Xbox One and PC
CD Projekt Red’s Gwent is now available on public beta for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. The card game that made its first appearance in theWitcherseries has been retooled for a more dedicated standalone experience. You can sign up to play by visiting theirwebsite here. To mark the release, they’ve put the following cinematic trailer:
“Public Beta is an important step towardsGWENT’s final release,” saidMarcin Iwiński, co-founder of CD PROJEKT RED. “We’re opening the gates to everyone who wanted to play, but didn’t make it into the Closed Beta, and — at the same time — we’re introducing some pretty significant content and gameplay changes like adding animated versions of cards for every card in the game, new starter decks, or how weather cards work,”Iwińskiadds. “I’m extra curious how all of the community feedback we’ve incorporated will resonate with both current players and those who’re just starting. Please keep the feedback coming, we’re listening!”

Thoughts on Gwent? Is it enough to satisfy your Witcher craving? We’re all anxiously awaiting for more on CD Projekt Red’s next game Cyberpunk 2077 and whatever else they may have in store for us down the road. Gwent is set for full release sometime this year.
