Heroes of Arkesia! The highly anticipated July Update for Lost Ark will be arriving in Arkesia today, July 12th. This will include story updates, another Inferno mode Legion Raid, and more!
One of the standout additions in this update is the Elgacia Epilogue. For those of you who have completed the Elgacia quest, there is more to explore and enjoy. Players will get to experience new quests and interact with new rapport NPCs in Elgacia. Reunite with your friends and share celebrated memories from your travels as you help them discover their new futures. The epilogue can be experienced after completing the quests “Truth, Lies, and Choices” and “The Sunset.”
Once you have accomplished these tasks, you can receive the epilogue from ‘Soldier Alexia’ in Ereonnor’s Military District. Completing the epilogue will reward you with the Journey’s End Jukebox Song and a new Vairgrys Questline trigger item called the Beautifully Folded Letter.
The next thrilling addition to Lost Ark’s July update is the Kakul-Saydon Inferno Legion Raid. This raid presents the most challenging version of Legion Raids and is designed to test your skills and prove that you are among the best of the best in Arkesia.
The Inferno difficulty of Kakul-Saydon offers a challenging gameplay experience where the focus is on showing off victories rather than chasing regular rewards. Instead of traditional gear and materials, the rewards in Inferno Difficulty highlight your accomplishments with titles, achievements, and even Stronghold structures.
To take on this demanding challenge, you will need to have an Item Level of 1475 and a well-equipped build set-up in the Book of Coordination.
One of the most intriguing additions to the game is the Music Box of Memories. This captivating feature unveils the stories of forgotten inhabitants of Arkesia. The Music Box of Memories takes the form of a gadget that can be played using a new resource called ‘Memory Orbs’. By progressing through quests and collecting Memory Orbs, you will earn rewards and gain hints about the inhabitants of various continents in Arkesia who have not received the spotlight until now.
To access this feature, begin your journey for Memory Orbs by completing the guide quest “Poet’s Letter” after fulfilling a bunch of other prerequisite quests. Keep an eye out for the new Music Box of Memories toy, the addition of the NPC ‘Leviyan,’ 17 achievements, 8 titles, and 10 Jukebox Songs to further tune your melodic experience.
Moko Island makes its debut, bringing with it a captivating questline where you battle the evil witch Babayaba and earn rewards unique to the island. Explore the island, collect Moko Island Coins, and engage with the Coin Exchange NPC for exciting rewards. Additionally, enjoy the new Summer Trail Theme in the Stronghold, adding a refreshing touch to your in-game environment.
The Maharaka Festival also makes its return with exciting new activities that allow you to bask in the sun, participate in unique games, and earn valuable progression rewards.
Engage in the “Run, Mokokos!” section of the festival, where you will compete against other players and race to the finish line as a Mokoko, skillfully dodging obstacles along the way. The festival will continue until the August Update, which will bring additional activities to the event.
Lost Ark’s Gear progression receives a boost with the introduction of Tier 3 Ancient Legion Commander Gear. There have been changes to the crafting requirements for Relic Brelshaza Gear, and players will now earn “Phantom Intentions,” the new crafting material for Brelshaza Ancient Gear, from Normal difficulty. These rewards can be used to enhance gear from both Normal and Hard difficulties.
In terms of general updates, there are several exciting additions and improvements. The Arcturus’s Touch feature will be extended to the Kakul-Saydon and Brelshaza Legion Raids. This provides additional clear rewards and “View More” rewards for Legion Raids,
Basic Honing Growth Boost has also been extended to Item Level 1490. The buff offers increased success rates, decreased requirements, and decreased costs for basic honing of Tier 3 Lv. 1340 Gear.
The Mokoko Buff level cap has been extended to Item Level 1490. It essentially allows players below this level to benefit from enhanced damage to and from monsters. Wandering Merchants have been added in East Luterra, Yorn, and Feiton to make it easier for players to collect key stepping stone cards used for endgame sets.
In response to player feedback and to improve the overall trading experience, changes have been made to Market/Auction House restrictions. The daily item registration limit has been increased from 40 items to 100 items, allowing us to let go of more of our junk. The purchase cooldown has been decreased from 10 seconds to 5 seconds, ensuring we never miss out on buying our coveted gear.
Other fixes and additions include the updated daily log-in reward track, battle items are now roster-bound with increased stackable amounts. Moving ability stones and accessories within the same Roster no longer requires Pheons. This makes it more convenient for players with alt characters. Additionally, a range of bug fixes have been implemented to ensure a seamless and enjoyable gameplay experience.
Finally, the store has been updated with the addition of the Kimono Skin collection, Miho Mounts, and Yoholing Pets. Channel the power of longevity and good fortune with the kimono skins as you battle against the demonic hordes. Additionally, a new Festival Wallpaper has been introduced to further give you a celebratory feeling in your roster screen.
