Manor Lords Updates to Fix Bugs
Manor Lords, the successful medieval strategy and management game by Hooded Horse and Slavic Magic, is in early access and constantly improving.
This means that we may encounter some bugs and design choices that the community doesn’t like, but there’s room to fix them—and that’s what they’ve done with the latest update.
In Manor Lords, every detail matters for our settlement, including water and other resources. The problem many players have faced since the April update is that drought has become a serious issue for progressing in the game, with excessive consumption of water and beer affecting the entire economy.
“As some have requested, changes to beer and water distribution are finally being implemented. They are currently in a closed testing phase,” the official account on X/Twitter announced.

Although they haven’t detailed the changes, the system should now be less demanding on these resources. Additionally, the message includes a screenshot of a new map.
It launched in April, and they estimate a year in early access until the final release, though this may change based on community feedback. The mechanics and structure are already complete, but during this time, content is expanded, and adjustments are made based on community demand.
