Nightingale Brief 3 Hour Stress Test Happening February 2nd
Developer Inflexion Games has nailed down the exact date for the stress test for their gas lamp fantasy title Nightingale. This is a one-day event that will happen onFebruary 2nd from 6PM to 9PM UK time(1pm to 4pm Eastern).
Access to the game will be granted an hour prior to the test to a group of randomly picked players who had previously registered. But don’t feel too bad if you miss the first batch, as the devs will add additional players in batches. This process will also be random, so players are advised to keep an eye on their emails for a message from Steam.
Inflexion has stated that its objective is to enable all registered players to participate in the test. The speed at which this happens will depend on its progress. The developer explained that they will be granting access in waves to evaluate how the servers manage large numbers of simultaneous logins and their capacity to swiftly scale up in response.
Playtesters can expect plenty of recipes already unlocked which Inflexion states would be roughly equivalent to what you should gain “10 hours into a typical playthrough”. This will be a way to gain a peek into options which you would normally gain further down the line when playing Nightingale.
In case you missed it, the crafting, adventure, open world survival game lets players evoke a Realmwalker. Being able to travel through portals from realm to realm, exploring diverse biomes ranging from forests to deserts. However, safety is not guaranteed, as encounters with numerous mystical creatures are part of the experience. It’s just one of the manystellar games heading our way in February.
The game has already crossed the threshold of12,000 playersin its last playtest. Inflexion could be ready to open the floodgates as they prep for the early access launch happening later in Feb.
Nightingaleis set to launch in early access on February 22nd for PC.
