Nightingale Receives “Realms Rebuilt,” Its Major Update
Nightingale has released its biggest update to date:Realms Rebuilt. This update introduces a new campaign that takes players through new biomes, reworks systems such as crafting and progression, and adds new dungeons, boss battles, more weapons, and more.
The update is accompanied by a 40% discount on Steam, and together, these moves seem to have revived a game that, until now, had struggled to convince players. While it hasn’t returned to the 47,500 concurrent players it had at launch, Nightingale has gone from having barely 300 users to a peak of more than 2,700 people playing simultaneously.
Realms Rebuiltis a massive update that includes new content and gameplay improvements. The changes range from expanding property sizes and increasing the building limit with stylish new Regency-style pieces to major enhancements in the crafting system, as well as the addition of new pets, including cats with funny hats.Players can test their skills with improved combat that includes new abilities, weapons, enemies, and a wide variety of additional spells (Realmwalkers can now wield the deadly power of fish missiles).
Additionally, a new tech tree offers players more control to become a legendary Realmwalker.
Combat has been enhanced, with new abilities, weapons, enemies, and spells. The tech tree has been revamped to give players better control over unlocks.
Nightingale is a unique survival game that seeks to evolve certain elements of the genre, with a distinctive offering thanks to its realm divisions, portals, card system, and the care taken with its narrative and artistic design.
Currently, it’s available in early access only on Steam, and there’s no word yet on when version 1.0 will be released.
