Editor at Fextralife. I look for the substantial in gaming and I try to connect video games to the emotions and stories they elicit. I love all things culture and history and have an odd fondness for the planet Jupiter. I think my dogs are pretty awesome too.
Also, the Beta will include a Dojo stage, so you can learn the ropes before tackling the Beta, as well as a to-be-announced level. There’s also going to be a level from the Alpha as well, so we’ll be able to take on a stage we already know, but with the new improvements and changes. The stage from the Alpha will be the Usuki stage (the first stage in the Alpha)
Players of the Beta will have another chance to get the Mark of the Conqueror DLC, if they missed out on getting it the first time
I really can’t wait to play more of this game. I didn’t really like it when I first started the Alpha, but the more I played it just kept growing on me. It definitely has that Souls-like progression where you can feel yourself improving and overcoming the challenge, which is awesome!

I may be very excited for this….why am I more excited about a Beta, than full games that have been coming out recently?
Yay! I’m really looking forward to the beta. There’ll be lots of wiki’ing to do!
