If you haven’t had a chance to get in as a backer or investor ofPillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire, then today is the last day to support them via theirFig crowdfunding campaign.
The game was fully funded of its 1.1 million USD goal in less than 24 hours and then proceeded to shatter every stretch goal along the way. It is now sitting at over 4 million and marks the Fig platform’s biggest campaign to date. It’s safe to say there is a demand for a sequel to Pillars of Eternity.
There are of course a bunch of different backing tiers for a variety of goodies. The most basic tier gets you the game for 29 USD which is a good deal and comes with a discount forTyranny, the alternative history sequel to Pillars that imagined a world where evil had won.
The campaign wraps up today at 8PM EST and then development will resume in earnest. Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire is scheduled to release sometime in 2108 on the PC. Keep checking back with us for updates.
