Pirate-themed games have become a common theme for video game releases in recent years, and now we have to add a new one, albeit with a different approach to high seas combat and ship-to-ship battles.
In this adventure, players will embark with Captain Flint, his second in command Billy Bones, and his crew of old sailors in search of a legendary treasure promising freedom and fortune. With a narrative based on comic books, Flint invites players to immerse themselves in a historically accurate pirate adventure seasoned with fantasy.
This game will feature turn-based combat mechanics, intertwined with role-playing and tabletop elements, particularly through dice rolling. When players assemble their crew, each member brings unique abilities they can use, allowing them to tailor their strategy to their playstyle.
Turn-based tactical combat – Preparation will be key: you’ll need to choose crew members with unique abilities, acquire new skills, and upgrade your dice. During tactical phases, you’ll use cards to activate abilities and attributes and influence combat with dice rolls.
Comic book narrative:Enjoy a narrative that offers players original and dynamic comics.
Exploration:All set in a magnificent world, from the French city of Saint-Malo to the exotic landscapes of Central America. Additionally, with the use of Unreal Engine 5, those environments will be enhanced.
Historically inspired pirate world:The game faithfully recreates a pirate world, incorporating historical elements (language, costumes, weapons) that make the experience even more immersive.
