If ourPreypreview last week piqued your interest in the moody Shooter/RPG from Bethesda and Arkane Studios, then you’re in luck because later this month, you’ll be able to hop on board the Talos I space station to experience it for yourself before it releases May 5th for PS4, Xbox One and PC. A first hour demo is dropping April 27th for PS4 and Xbox One (sorry PC).
Morgan Yu is about to have a very bad day. Aliens have escaped containment, dead bodies now litter the hallways of the Talos I space station, survivors are huddled together for safety, and the Typhon aliens are threatening to destroy everything you hold dear. As Morgan, you’ll have to fight the invasion in order to save humanity. But it all begins with what should have been a typical first day on the job for Morgan. And now you can experience the game’s thrilling first hour in the console-exclusive demo for Prey.
Spooky as hell. The game features a heavy focus on narrative, branching choices and multiple endings and features a very DIY approach to your weapons, gear and abilities. If BioShock, Dead Space and Dishonored are your thing, you may find something to love here.
