Iorwethis a boss that confronts you in a pit of acid and assisted by several periodical waves of adds. In Tier I, it is a simple tank and spank fight hopping from boss to adds and back to boss.
Our method for this wing requires two tanks. One tank will hold aggro on the boss whilst the other tank will engage the trolls that come in each wave and position them away from the raid. Champions and Captains can taunt the other adds and keep them away from the squishies.

The adds and event window:
Periodically,Iorwethwill call adds with the prompt “My friends, come and destroy this vermin.” There are two trolls, two avancs and two drakelings. It would seem easier to tank the two trolls away from the squishies (aoe is stron) and have ranged kill the drakes whilst melee kills the avancs (that have an aoe debuff).
Similarly, the boss will call “Let the acids come and devour you.” This will start filling the event window atop your screen, and will fill the room with acid. The mechanic is to stay moving whilst this is happening, however there is currently a bug and you don’t need to do anything about it.
After the add group, a new prompt “I will destroy you myself” marks when the raid can return to attacking Iorweth. The boss must be defeated before the event window fills up or he will kill the raid.
Iorweth is very different on its T2 Challenge mode of theRing of Acid. The easiest way to defeat this boss is by zerging.
The raid makeup would be done to accommodate maximum dps, so stacking burglars and high dps classes is the way to go.
