Seven : A New RPG From the Minds of The Witcher 3
Fool’s Theory, a new studio founded by former members of the Witcher series and tucked away in the mountains of south Poland, unveiled today their first game, Seven. With no release date announced and PC the only platform so far confirmed, the game is self described as follows:
Seven is a Thief-inspired, 3D isometric RPG, in which you take on a role of a lone traveler. You’re going to explore a nonlinear, sandbox world – Empire of Vetrall.
The game promises a go anywhere, climb anything parkour approach to a post apocalyptic world, with quests that will feature difficult moral choices.
Details on gameplay and plot are thin, all we have so far are a couple of pieces of concept art and some brief backstory. What we know so far is this:
Going off of those tidbits, we can most likely look forward to a lot of exploration and a story that unfolds in intrigue and perhaps a revolutionary theme. Hopefully we won’t have to wait too long for some gameplay footage. We’ll be sure to update as more info comes out.

Editor at Fextralife. I look for the substantial in gaming and I try to connect video games to the emotions and stories they elicit. I love all things culture and history and have an odd fondness for the planet Jupiter. I think my dogs are pretty awesome too.
Sounds promising, specially that it is nonlinear and it is from a former member of the awesome witcher series.
It’s hard to say, with all those genres there’s a lot that seem to not jive at first glance. When I hear isometric I think Diablo, so maybe those screenshots are not too far off from what the gameplay will be. Maybe just a bit closer? I’d imagine with a parkour influence you’d have to be close enough to at least see your footing.
Great catch E! This could totally turn into a game I would play. Looking forward to hearing more about it
