Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption Releases First Official Screenshots
Today, Another Indie Studio and Dark Star Studios released the first official screenshots forSinner: Sacrifice for Redemption, their upcomingDark Soulsinspired boss rush RPG.
Have a look at the screens:
The screens give a better look at the game’s design aesthetics, and you can see although the gameplay is heavily souls influenced, the visuals are much less realism and have a fantastical, cel-shaded quality. The character and boss models are also stylized. The hud is pretty familiar to Souls fans and is probably at this point a work in progress.
In the game Adam, a fallen soldier on a quest to save his soul, will face eight abhorrent bosses, the first seven each based on one of the deadly sins. Before each clash, Adam must make a sacrifice to enter combat and choose a stat to level down. Along the way he’ll pick up a variety of weapons to help him on his quest.

Editor at Fextralife. I look for the substantial in gaming and I try to connect video games to the emotions and stories they elicit. I love all things culture and history and have an odd fondness for the planet Jupiter. I think my dogs are pretty awesome too.
Inspired is putting it politely, I’d say.
Lots of Demon’s Souls in there too, if the screenshots are a good indicator for the rest of the game.
