As we anticipated,Star Wars Outlawsnow has a confirmed release date later this year. Ubisoft announced when the highly anticipated open-world game will arrive and released a new trailer that reveals several details about the story.
Massive Entertainment’stitle will be available onAugust 30th for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and the Amazon Luna cloud gaming service. It’s true that there are still several months to go, but at least we now have precise information about when this proposal can be enjoyed.
It is worth mentioning thatStar Wars Outlaws can be pre-ordered starting today, and the game will be available in three versions. Those who purchase it now will receive the Kessel Runner bonus package, which includes cosmetic items for their speeder and the Starhawk ship.

The trailer exposes how criminal syndicates seek to take advantage of the fact that the Empire is “distracted” fighting the Rebel Alliance to become richer.
Kay Vess will have to steal the fortune of the Zerek Besh criminal family to buy her freedom. But it won’t be easy, as the young woman betrayed Sliro, the boss of that mafia clan, and her head now has a price on it. The new trailer for the game doesn’t skimp on references to Star Wars characters, ships, and scenarios, featuring Jabba the Hutt, Han Solo frozen in carbonite, and a Star Destroyer, among others.
Star Wars Outlaws is the first major game in the franchise that has not been developed by any of the studios belonging to Electronic Arts. The release will be a crucial test for Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment, who will have to prove that they are up to the task.
