Sales for Starfield in the US shows the RPG is number one even being available as part of Game Pass. Mortal Kombat 1 comes in second.
Starfield was released on September 6th for platforms PC and Xbox Series X|S. Mortal Kombat 1 takes the second spot, which was released on September 19th for Xbox Series, PS5, PC and Switch. Third place goes to EA Sports FC 24, followed by Madden NFL and Payday 3 in fifth place. Hogwarts Legacy is still in the top ten, now in ninth place moving down from fifth last month, andArmored Core VI: Fires of Rubiconat eighth place moving from second place last month.
In case you missed it, Starfield has been Bethesda’s latest RPG. Since the game launched had10 million playersexploring the galaxies. No don’t this was also helped with being available on Game Pass on day one. However, with the new stats for sales shows plenty of players opted to purchase the game too. Now with the acquisition of another major company Blizzard, we can expect more titles to be coming to the Xbox platform in future.
Recent news also announced that thelead quest designer for Starfieldwill be moving to a new studio to work on the open-world fantasy title Wyrdsong.
