Stellar Bladeincludes two new outfits, an additional accessory, and a rest area, theGreat Desert Oasisfor Eve, among other new features we mentioned, such as itspotential arrival on PC after a successful original release on PS5. PlayStation and the Korean developerShift Uphave decided to launch the summer update.
Shift Up’s action game has enjoyed considerable success, prompting its creators to work on a PC port (according to job listings from the studio).
There’s even talk of a possible sequel, which would establish Stellar Blade as a solid IP for PlayStation.
For now, Shift Up’s idea is to keep adding content to the game. They are working on a photo mode, which will be included in a future free update.
Shift Up announced on Twitter/X that the summer update forStellar Bladeis now available. It doesn’t include the photo mode but does have several new features and fixes that we will now discuss.
Shift Up has detailed the specific updates in the patch, which also includes game fixes. For example, the error preventing hairstyle changes in boss races has been fixed.
Most players are satisfied with Shift Up’s game, although some have criticized the simplicity of the story and narrative, which could carry more weight in a hypothetical sequel.
