This Wednesday,Remedy Entertainmentchanged their logo and name on social media, replacing the R with a very similar P and changing the name toPoison Pill Entertainmentwith the addition“Night Springs,”the name of the first expansion thatAlan Wake 2will receive.
The change occurred onX, YouTube, Instagram, and all of the studio’s social media platforms. On X, the studio posted this new image with an icon of a pill and a mention of Alan Wake 2. Paying attention to every detail, the alt text for the image says: “Poison Pill Entertainment. Since 1995, Night Springs City. The logo of Poison Pill Entertainment consists of two overlapping uppercase P’s, cut by eight horizontal lines. The foreground P is white, and the background P has a gradient from green to purple.”

Alan Wake 2is Remedy’s fastest-selling game, having surpassed 1.3 million units sold so far, although it has yet to recoup its investment. It will receive two expansions, the already mentioned Night Springs and The Lake House, which will allow players to explore aspects of the universe shared by all the Finnish studio’s games.
Geoff Keighley quoted Remedy’s tweet, adding the “wide eyes” emoji, indicating that the presenter knows more than we do.
According to Remedy, both DLCs will be released this year, so it’s possible that Night Springs will be available during the summer, along with an update including photo mode.
