The Witcher 4 Game Director Announced as Cyberpunk 2077 Lead Sebastian Kalemba
CD Projekt Red has now announced the game director for The Witcher 4 will be animation lead from Cyberpunk 2077 Sebastian Kalemba.
Kalemba has also worked for 15 months as the creative director the new Witcher saga. Theseries of gameswas announced recently with project Canis Majoris unveiled as aremake of the original The Witcherbeing developed in Unreal Engine 5. The three games are set to release within a six-year timeframe once the first game launches. There have been a few theories about what thenext trilogy of Witcher gamesbe about, as this is a new saga. The only teaser image features a new medallion that could be pointing at a different school as the focus for the next games.
It’s quite a busy time for CDPR as they are not only working on the Witcher series but also the expansion for Cyberpunk 2077Phantom Liberty. The studio has also had a couple of Netflix series on the go with the limited animated seriesCyberpunk: Edgerunnersas well as ongoing The Witcher. Recently it was announcedThe Witcher lead Henry Cavill will step downfrom his role as lead Geralt, to be replaced by Liam Hemsworth for Season 4.
