Towers of Aghasba Announces Its Early Access on PS5 and PC

Towers of Aghasba, a title developed by the independent studio Dreamlit that aspires to nothing less than to redefine open-world games, now has a release date for its early access onPlayStation 5 and PC.

Undoubtedly, it’s one of the most interesting proposals, about which we haven’t had news for some time—until now. Dreamlit Games has released an extensive gameplay video where they explain in-depth what we can expect from Towers of Aghasba.

Towers of Aghasba tells the story of the Shimu tribe, who were forced to flee the island of Aghasba when everything began to wither for unknown reasons. Some time later, the tribe decides to return home and reclaim what was once theirs. As architects, we must be the ones to lead them back.

With this premise, Towers of Aghasba invites us to explore a vast open world while building all kinds of structures and taking care of the ecosystem. The gods of Aghasba are wary of humanity’s return, so we must prove we are trustworthy by cultivating the land and restoring color to Aghasba.

In addition to building and farming, we will also have to face creatures affected by the blight. Besides showing our skill in attacking and dodging, we must collect resources to craft weapons like swords and shields, armor, and elixirs.

Of course, given the type of game it is, Towers of Aghasba will allow a high degree of customization in our constructions and, in general, on the island. It’s worth making everything look good, as we can invite up to three friends to spend time on the island, trade items, or fight powerful enemies.

You’ll be able to experience it firsthand very soon: the early access for Towers of Aghasba will be available on PS5 and PC on November 19.

And don’t be misled by the words “early access,” as the game will be packed with content: 3 different types of ecosystems, 3 types of cities to build, over 40 creatures to unlock, more than 120 plants to grow and harvest, over 150 decoration recipes, and a good handful of activities like fishing.

Additionally, if you pre-order, you’ll have access to exclusive decorations, masks, and items for your mount.
