Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Storms UK Physical Launch Chart
Hogwarts Legacy was the previous owner of the number one physical launch in the UK but has now been dethroned by Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom which has now surpassed its sales, beating its first-week performance by over half. It has gained the best week-one boxed sales, beating out major games such asHogwarts Legacy, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, FIFA 23 and Mario Kart 8.
These stats by GfK shared some interesting insights including Nintendo UK’s biggest launches, with Tears of the Kingdom in second to the Wii Fit + Balance Board for week one revenue. It’s even beat its predecessor The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for physical week one sales. But it hasn’t quite outdone BOTW just yet for all-time sales, but we’re still pretty early on from its launch.
Recently it was announcedHogwarts Legacy would be delayedfor its Switch port, now being pushed to November 14th. This should give more time for players to immerse themselves in Zelda TOTK when it comes to Switch titles.

This time Link gains new abilities such as theUltrahandto combine objects together, making a number of useful vehicles and makeshift bridges.
