Zenless Zone Zero Closed Beta Coming Soon to PC and Mobile
Hoyaverse will be kicking off a closed beta for the upcoming Action-RPG Zenless Zone Zero for PC and mobile.
Following upGenshin Impact‘s massive success will be quite an act to follow with Hoyaverse’s next Action-RPG Zenless Zone Zero. A closed beta will be arriving soon for PC and mobile. So far there’s been no official release date for the brand-new IP, but an “Equalising Test” has been announced.
Those interested in getting their hand on the next game can sign up for the CB but as you’d expect no progress will transfer to the full game’s release. If you want to get in on the action you will need to sign up through a Hoyoverse account. It will ask you questions about which platform you prefer to play including PC, iOS and Android.
There is another way to up your chances of getting into the beta. Hoyoverse have also launched a browser-based mini-game called Sandwich Scented Dream. It follows the character Bangboo who has set up a shop selling sandwiches.
This rabbit-like creature needs your help to assemble tasty sandwiches according to customers’ orders to earn Dennies and Carrots. The carrots can be used to exchange for prizes such as mouse pads and virtual in-game loot as well as beta entries. Carrots can be earned by completing achievements and daily tasks.

In case you missed it Zenless Zone Zero is an action title from the same developers of Genshin Impact. This time players will take up the role of a Proxy whose job is to investigate ‘Hollows’, other wordly dimensions to extract resources and tech. Adding a rogue-like element to the game with labyrinths which are different each time. These portals seem to allow terrible monsters to pass through known as Ethereals. Instead of wielding Visions, characters have martial arts abilities but also seem to wield some other tech when it comes to skills.
The overall look of the game is quite different from Genshin Impact, with a more modern look, but unlike Hoyaverse’s turn-based titleHonkai Star Rail, it adopts an urban fantasy theme. But interestingly the trailer does mention Belobog Industries which I don’t think is a mere coincidence in connection with HSR. Belobog Heavy Industries is one of the factions in ZZZ. I wonder if there will be further easter eggs between game universes. The game does focus on combo party abilities to deal more damage.
Zenless Zone Zerowill be coming to PC, iOS, Android and unspecified consoles. The closed beta sign-ups have been announced but no dates for the closed beta so far.
